the room was clean, tv worked, bed was comfortable, and i liked the soap/shampoo/lotion provided. there was plenty of towels and the walk-in shower was nice.

Staff was very nice. Greeted me soon as I walked in. upon checking out, I promptly attended to at the desk. My room was clean and tidy. Over all, a good stay. I would recommend the Sleep Inn & Suites.

This might be the nicest Sleep Inn in which I've stayed. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Even though I traveled alone, I like that the bathrooms have actual doors rather than pocket ones (like the last Sleep In I visited). Very friendly staff and prime location off the interstate with lots of eateries around.

A good location and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Plentyof good restaurants and attractions, including Concord Mills Mall and Charlotte Motor Speedway, are nearby.

Front desk was awesome. Only have 1 complaint and it was housekeeping knocking loudly on.our door to clean room before 10. Woke us up but told front desk they had same complaint day before and trying to address. Other than that it was great and we had planned to check out by 11 and did so. Breakfast was awesome. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely will stay again if needed in future.

Staff was so nice, it was quiet despite the majority of the people staying were attending an EDM festival this weekend. It was so close to the motor speedway and there were so many dining options within walking distance. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable.Also the pool was chill!

Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast person was a delightful woman who was also very friendly and on point for keeping everything clean, warm and available. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels,

The location was close to the concert venue and the price was good. Also there were alot of places to eat within walking distance! Huge plus!
